The portrait photo is of Kimberly Rae Harbour, the young African American woman who was “wilded” [i.e. attacked by a gang, beaten, gang-raped and murdered] in Boston near the same time as the New York City attack on the Central Park Jogger in the Fall of 1990. The Decide series always pairs the right-hand text with this childhood snapshot of Anita Hill.
