Constanze von Marlin
Dr. Constanze von Marlin holds a Ph.D. in Art History from the Freie Universität Berlin. She is the author of Public – Art – Space: Zum Öffentlichkeitscharakter der Minimal Art (VDG Verlag, Weimar, 2008). Her background is in exhibition curating, planning and organization. She has lectured on Minimal, public and political art. Dr. von Marlin is the APRA Foundation Berlin’s Director, and supervises and manages all projects at APRA. Ms. Fee Altmann
Ms. Fee Altmann holds an M.A. in Art History, German Literature and Italian Philology from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität, Bonn. She has curated shows at the French Embassy of Cologne and was administrative director and art appraiser at the Berlin office of Philips, de Pury & Company, New York; deputy director of the gallery M:A Contemporary; and a freelance art consultant for young artists and upcoming galleries on all aspects of the international art market. Ms. Altmann supervised the reorganization of the APRA Foundation Berlin’s archive and, as its Archivist, is responsible for reproductions, publicity and all matters relating to archival documentation.
Vivian Kea
Ms. Vivian Kea holds an M.A. in German Literature, Art History and Linguistics from the Freie Universität zu Berlin. She has a background in exhibition organization, writing and editing catalogue texts, and lecturing on contemporary art. She has worked at the Deutsche Guggenheim, KunstWerke, and the 4th Berlin Biennale and has lectured at the Deutsche Guggenheim and the Freie Universität zu Berlin. Ms. Kea is the APRA Foundation Berlin’s Research Registrar, and is responsible for special projects research, art handling and time-based media distribution.
Tisha Mukarji
Ms. Tisha Mukarji is a composer in the tradition of the New York School, and a classically trained pianist. She holds an M.F.A. with a focus on Sound Art from the Malmö Art Academy. She is the author of Auscultation (Berlin: Argobooks, 2010). Ms. Mukarji is the APRA Foundation Berlin’s General Assistant, and provides help with most APRA projects.
Adrian Piper
Adrian Piper is the APRA Foundation Berlin’s founder and Chief Executive. She tries to stay out of everybody’s way as much as possible.
Kali and Ginger
Kali & Ginger are the APRA Foundation Berlin’s Supervisors in Residence. They monitor all operations from a discreet distance.
